There are incredible benefits from doing water aerobics. It's low impact, builds strong bonds with participants, great mental stimulation, a full body work-out, builds cardiovascular strength, is a great way to cross train, builds flexibility and mobility, and can be a great recovery work-out. Lisa will be teaching the water aerobics New instructors may be added to the schedule Make Up Lessons: If you know in advance your child is going to miss a lesson (family vacation, surgery, summer camps etc.),please TEXT me the night before their lesson. We only do make-up lessons if your child is sick, has a medical emergency or a death in the family. If your child is ill, please TEXT your instructor BEFORE his lesson. This will save your space, and we will make that lesson up when there is an opening in the schedule. If you are unable to let your instructor know your child will be missing a lesson, you will be charged for the lesson. ALSO, WE DO NOT DO MAKE-UP LESSONS FOR VACATIONS. If you miss a lesson because of a vacation, we can possibly make that lesson up only if we have a last minute cancelation. It's important to schedule your lessons so that there is no conflict with vacations. Refunds are allowed by a case-by-case basis. Learn more about our refund policy.
